The reasons to attend:
• To learn about Master in Educational Technology
• To learn about its 30 credit hours curriculum
• To learn about new 7-week course format
• To learn about learning strategies for 7-week course format

Elluminate Technical Support Questions:
For NAU folks, students can contact the STC and faculty can contact the Solution Center.
For non-NAU folks, they can start on the Blackboard Collaborate Support page.  (This is true even though we are using Elluminate.)

First Time Users or System Configuration:
Of all four steps, Step 2 is the main one that users will need in order to configure or test their audio.
